These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases and use of products, courses, and services offered by 4steps2win OÜ (“we”, “our”, “us”) via the website https://www.4steps2win.com.

By purchasing or accessing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are placed online through our website or approved payment links.

  • All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full before access to digital products or services is granted.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods provided by our payment processor.


4. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital downloads and online courses are delivered electronically immediately after purchase or within minutes via an email link.

You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and that you have suitable internet access.


5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer purchasing digital content:

  • You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.

  • However, if you choose to access or download the digital content immediately after purchase, you waive your right to withdraw once delivery has begun.

  • You will be asked to confirm this waiver before completing checkout.


6. Refunds and Cancellations

Our full refund policy appears below. In summary:

  • Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • For online courses with start dates, you may request a refund up to 14 days before the course begins.

  • Consulting or coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice; cancellations within 48 hours are chargeable at 50%.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, frameworks, and downloadable content remain the intellectual property of 4steps2win OÜ.

Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without written permission.


8. Disclaimer

Our materials and advice are provided for educational and informational purposes. Results depend on your implementation and business context.

We make no guarantees of specific financial or commercial outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4steps2win OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable EU regulations.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when you may request a refund or cancellation.

1. Digital Downloads & eBooks

Because digital files are delivered instantly, refunds are not available once the download or access link has been sent, unless the file is defective or inaccessible due to an error on our part.

2. Online Courses

  • You may cancel within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet accessed any course materials.

  • Once you log in or view any module, you waive your right to cancel.

  • For live-scheduled courses, cancellation is permitted up to 14 days before the start date.

To request a refund, email support@4steps2win.com with your order details.

3. Consulting or Coaching Services

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the agreed time.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if evidence suggests misuse or breach of these Terms.
