Co-Founder

Conor is an international sales leader from Ireland with over a decade of experience driving sales growth across Northern & Southern America, Europe and Africa. As former Commercial Manager for a global market leader, he led strategic partnerships in 27 international markets, delivering triple-digit growth throughout his tenure. Based in Berlin, he works globally with teams committed to growth. 

With a passion for music, Conor has played classical piano since he was 6 years old and performed trumpet on global stages such as the Shanghai Oriental Art Centre and Royal Albert Hall. His love for music spans dj’ing at events in Berlin and attending international live shows & festivals. A certified yoga instructor and lifelong sports enthusiast, Conor brings calm focus to every session – empowering clients to drive revenue through tailored strategy, practical consulting, and transformational sales training.

Christian Nicolai

Co-Founder

Christian is a global business consultant, coach, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in sales, business development, and transformation. Blending strategic insights with emotional presence, he empowers individuals and organizations to grow with clarity and authenticity. Rooted in Berlin and based in Bali, Christian integrates business expertise, holistic health, and mindfulness practice. A proud father, author, and mentor, he supports clients worldwide in aligning purpose with performance through grounded presence and inspired action.
